Send details of your concern to jon.ellisdon@gridlock-holmes.com with the subject line "Data Protection Complaint". Include your name, what data you believe is affected, and what action you would like us to take.
We acknowledge within 7 days
We will confirm receipt of your complaint and let you know who is handling it.
Full response within 28 days
We will investigate your complaint and respond with a full explanation of our findings, any action we have taken, and your options if you remain unsatisfied. If the matter is complex, we may extend this to a maximum of three months, but we will inform you within the first 28 days if this is necessary.
